Poor posture or a poor mattress that doesn’t provide support or is to hard or soft can cause a back pain . Maintaining a good posture is very important as on average we spend around seven to eight hours in bed per night in a fixed position. If we are uncomfortable in the night we can often get restless and this will disturb the sleep pattern leaving you feeling tired and exhausted.

The top layers of foam are usually memory foam, there are now many types of memory foam with varying densities each density has a specific purpose softer or lighter grades are usually used for memory foam pillows, or mattress pad top surface heavier grades are usual used in seating or items like a neck support pillow. The memory foam itself can be cross cut or modulated to increase airflow and reduce softness.
